Clayton & Crume x Angel's Envy

A Kentucky Born & Bred Partnership
“The small percentage of spirit lost each year during barrel aging due to evaporation is traditionally called, ‘the angel’s share.’
Reportedly, after tasting his finished bourbon, Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson joked that if the angel’s share is what evaporates, then the angel’s envy is what’s left in the barrel. Thus, Angel’s Envy was born.”
Angel’s Envy moved into the heart of Louisville’s Bourbon District on Whiskey Row nearly six years ago and have since established themselves as one of the top bourbon distilleries in Kentucky. The father and son business are known for their award-winning spirits – bourbon finished in port wine casks and rye finished in Caribbean rum cask
“Angel’s Envy is what happens when 200 years of bourbon tradition meet an independent master craftsman's instinct to improve. It’s a total return to the art of craft-first, hand blended batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time.”
We’re honored to share a partnership that started on the foundation of quality and craftsmanship. We curated an exclusive collection of Clayton & Crume x Angel’s Envy leather goods, available only at Angel’s Envy.
“Creating a collection of goods for a distillery that values the art of the craft was easy for us. There are many similarities we at C&C share with the Angel’s Envy team when it comes to craftsmanship, which is why we’re excited to share with everyone.” Parker K., Director of Sales and Business Development.
Angel’s Envy’s doors are open for tours to experience the bourbon distillation process first-hand, from start to finish.
