Canvas Requirements
To find your belt size, measure your current belt from the tip of the prong to the most used hole. This inch measurement is your belt size. Stitched canvas length should be 6" less than the desired belt size. If a canvas exceeds this length, it will be cut down to size. 1.5" of canvas will be covered by leather on each end of the belt. In most cases, 2 rows of stitched canvas will be folded over on each long edge if an edge-finishing stitch is not present.

Notes
-Orders are processed based on date of receipt. Lead times are based on regularly communicated customer emails.
-Double check canvas requirements per item to ensure no motifs will be covered based on your desired size. Should we encounter issues upon receipt, this will result in delayed processing, covered monograms/motifs, cutting of canvas, etc.
-Blocking is a critical step in the needlepoint finishing process. Our team irons and straightens- within reason- every order we receive. We are unable to make up for discrepancies beyond a ~5° of tilt. Please ensure your orders are sent in the most desirable position to get the optimal output from our finishing services. Garbage in gets garbage out!
-When sending orders, you MUST print your order confirmation and include in the package. Please DO NOT include any straight pins, needles, tape, rubber bands, safety pins, etc. in order to expedite processing for our team.
-You will receive a shipping notification from our software when your order ships. Please do not reach out prior to your communicated lead time to ask, "Where is my order?" It is a distraction and honestly, a waste of our production team's time. If more than 1 week has passed beyond the range we have communicated, please feel free to call or email our team for an update.
