Clayton & Crume is one of my favorite companies in Louisville! I had a one-off experience with my flask, it actually broke while I was putting on the top after filling it. I called the store, and they were incredible to work with! James assured me that he and his team would do everything possible to rectify the situation. Which in all fairness, I know can happen time to time with glassware. They went above and beyond!
James had the flask replaced immediately, and then invited us over for a cocktail at the Stitch Bar (amazing bourbon collection, by the way).
Everyone was so incredibly kind, and we’ll be customers for life because of it. Not to mention, the absolutely stunning products that are honestly works of art.
