I purchased the dark brown version as I have one similar to the chestnut from another source. The C&C belt is very well made and the stitching and materials are obviously tailored with a very high quality control. Why not a 5 star? Only because the finish is more of a matte finish than a semigloss as the one on the website appears. I sent a note back concerning this and it appears from the photo I took that the difference on the website and on my photo is probably due to the flash. I am still keeping the belt as I like it and the brass buckle, but it is more of a casual belt than a dress belt and would rate five stars as such. Their customer support looked at their stock and all were similar. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I am intrigued now as to what the chestnut looks like in real life. They may have inadvertently made another sale. I included a photo of another much glossier belt to demonstrate. The C&C looks almost as glossy but it is the lighting as it is a much duller finish.
