We’re looking for a creative, organized, and retail-minded Retail Marketing Manager to elevate how our brand shows up across all brick-and-mortar locations and social platforms. This role focuses on bringing marketing to life in-store. Driving foot traffic, supporting store teams, and ensuring every customer touchpoint feels intentional, compelling, and unmistakably Clayton & Crume.
The role
As the Retail Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, retail operations, and content. You’ll work closely with the Head of Stores, store leadership, marketing, and creative teams to plan, execute, and refine in-store marketing initiatives that drive engagement, traffic, and revenue.
From store events, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches to local partnerships and social storytelling, this role ensures our retail environments and digital presence stay fresh, relevant, and aligned with the brand. You’ll also think beyond the four walls, building relationships with influencers, content creators, and local tastemakers to extend the in-store experience into the community and beyond.
What you’ll be responsible for

Own and execute all retail-focused marketing initiatives across store locations

Manage and oversee store-level social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with retail priorities and brand voice

Plan, create, and publish retail-driven social content that supports store traffic, events, and company initiatives

Think creatively to develop in-store marketing moments that generate buzz and engagement

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and local partners

Plan and support in-store campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal storytelling

Partner with store leaders to drive local marketing efforts and community engagement

Help coordinate in-store events, workshops, and activations in collaboration with store teams

Ensure brand consistency across all retail and social touchpoints

Support new store openings and special retail initiatives

Maintain retail and social marketing calendars aligned with seasonal and store needs

Track performance and share insights on what’s working at the store and social level

Act as a bridge between marketing strategy and real-world retail execution

Identify successful store-level initiatives and help scale them across locations
How success will be measured

Increases in foot traffic during campaigns, launches, and events

Event performance, including attendance and sales lift during event windows

On-time, on-brand execution of retail campaigns and seasonal moments

Social and Content

What you’ll bring to the table

Two or more years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or social content management

Strong understanding of in-store marketing, visual storytelling, and customer flow
-
Experience managing social media content for a brand, preferably retail or lifestyle-focused

Experience supporting or executing retail events, activations, or creator-led moments

Comfort working with influencers, content creators, or brand partners

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects across locations simultaneously

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or store launches

Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience supporting multiple retail locations or growth-stage brands is a plus
-
Familiarity with the Clayton & Crume brand or genuine enthusiasm for it
