Food & Beverage Associate

Who We Are

Clayton & Crume is a leather goods and lifestyle brand founded in Louisville, KY. Since day one, we’ve built our business around quality craftsmanship, honest service, and a deep appreciation for shared experiences. Our flagship store in downtown Louisville serves not only as a retail space but also as a gathering place for our community—anchored by a full-service bar and coffee counter that brings people together.

We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Associate to join our team on 12 South in Nashville, TN. This role is central to delivering a warm, elevated experience to every guest who walks through our doors. Whether it’s a cup of coffee in the morning or a bourbon cocktail at night, this team member plays a key role in creating everyday luxury through both product and service. Our bar and café space is an extension of our brand—and we treat it like a front porch, always welcoming and thoughtfully curated.
